Skin Changes and Stretchmarks

You can find countless physical changes on your skin, both pleasurable and painful due to your pregnancy only.

The common skin change that most pregnant woman experience is the stretch marks. Stretch marks are separations with the outer layers of skin caused by the overstretching associated with underlying layers.

Beside expecting mothers, stretch marks are normally found on children who definitely are obese, adolescents who have a sudden expansion spurt during puberty along with athletes and human body builders who do constant exercises.
